NEW LEADERSHIP DELIVERING RESULTS FOR OUR COMMUNITY
Brian and his family have been a part of the south Florida community for a decade, moving to the area in 2010. Over the past 10 years, he has dedicated himself to being a successful businessman, family man, and serving his community.
Brian's grew up in Charlotte, NC after his father retired from the US Navy in 1991. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated in 2005 with a BA in Religious Studies. Out of college he took a job in Philadelphia with ARAMARK working in IT, starting at an entry level Business Analyst and working his way up to being an IT Project Lead. While in Philadelphia we went on to attend post baccalaureate classes at the UPenn Wharton School of Business and received his Business Essentials degree in 2008.
After moving down to Florida, he started a landscape company in 2012, growing it significantly each year and having over 30 employees before selling at the end of 2017. He continues today consulting for local businesses in the areas of sales, marketing, IT, accounting, and business strategy to other local businesses. He is presently working with a microalgae company in Jupiter. Having worked in both corporate America and small business America; he has become an expert in solving the needs of his clients, bridging gaps in specialties, and creating jobs for his community.
Brian continues to be happily married to Dr. Vicki Norton, a local emergency medicine physician, for the past 11 years. They have 3 wonderful children together: Anya, Katerina, and Gabriel. They have also 3 beautiful dogs: Coco (Bernese Mountain Dog), Stella (adopted Pit Mix), and Duke (adopted English Bulldog). They lived in Wellington from 2010 - 2013 and presently live in the west Boca area since 2013.
As a family man, most days he still takes his kids to their local public elementary school, takes them to after school activities, and is dedicated to making sure they grow up to face the challenges of an ever-changing world. As a family, they enjoy spending time at the local parks an beaches, and socializing other families in the area.
In his community, he has served in his local HOA being the Vice President from 2015- 2018, has coached his daughter's local recreational basketball team for 2 seasons, and supports other local social & charitable events. In 2019 he started a small non-profit designed to assist citizens needing help with obtain government issued IDs.
